I just closed on a property with Chaz this week. As he promised from the beginning, everything went smooth and without any issues. I live out of state and he did all of the running around for me and kept me up to date with FaceTime and constant contact. I haven’t dealt with someone so eager to help and that truly cares as much as he does.
