We highly recommend Tracy & Chaz to represent you. They have been phenomenal to work with. Whether you are buying or selling, they can meet all your needs. We were relocating from Massachusetts and spent a few days with them while visiting family last February. They took the time to learn our interests and the areas we wanted to visit. After seeing many existing and new communities we decided on a new build and they were there for us, to check on progress, while we were still in Massachusetts. They attended the design appointment and the many walk throughs of the property during the build process. They also helped us with the final walk through and closing process. Tracy and Chaz have been very welcoming and have helped us transition into the South Carolina Lowcountry living.
